Agrinnovate is a first-of-its-kind market concept (managed by our 5-in-1 super-app) that is poised to be the game changer of the Nigerian & Global Agribusiness environment.
The core objective is to organise the food value chain of every agribusiness input/foodstuff for efficient distribution direct from input producer to farm; and direct from farm to table. This will:

3 By 10 Cash-back Structure
The Company allocates a significant portion of the margin on every produce transaction for Cashbacks. This portion is split in 14 places. 10 parts are distributed to the 10 uplines above the participant, one part as buyer’s rebate, one part as matching bonus to the referrer, one part to the Neighborhood Distribution Center operator and the last part to the Food Mart (Warehouse) in that local area.
ORGANIC REVOLUTION
Organic Revolution is the component of ifood that guarantees a reliable supply of affordable and healthy food to the ifood community.
Organic Revolution will engage with farmers and participants in three different ways:
1: Train farmers (or other interested participants) to adopt integrated farming in groups as Organic Revolution outgrower cooperatives. Microfinance will be a part of the empowerment program as the need arises.
2: Organise farmers into Organic Revolution Cooperatives (where certain crops are grown in abundance) for easy aggregation/offtaking of their produce. We will also empower farmers with capacity building and microfinance to increase their productivity and capacity to farm sustainably all year round.

3: Establish Organic Revolution Integrated Farm Estates in rural areas. Participants will be organised into cooperatives structures, trained and sponsored to achieve the ifood objectives.
Cottage processing will be established to support the cooperative structures around and within the Estates to process quality produce for the ifood community and to also return the waste as organic inputs to the farms to lower costs of production.
The key control process employed for this strategy is ensuring that every Organic Revolution outgrower project is carried out within contiguous land areas and inputs are delivered to farmers under supervision at the time of application. In addition, harvest is done in cooperative fashion to avoid side-selling.

DIY AGRIC
DIY (Do It Yourself) Agric is the urban and suburban form of the Organic Revolution component of ifood. Organic Revolution is the production arm of ifood that guarantees consistent supply of healthy and affordable food to the ifood community.
The focus of DIY Agric is training of participants in organic production of fruity/leafy vegetables integrated with small livestock using ultramodern techniques to maximise yield in small spaces. The training includes production of valuable organic inputs like compost, liquid fertilisers, lactobacillus and other beneficial microbes, organic plant and livestock protection inputs and organic pesticides. Participants will also learn how to produce biogas as individuals and as a community, to fuel their gas cookers and electric generators.
The aim of DIY is to provide a model for each household to be able to save up to 50% daily on food expenses while earning from selling the excess directly to neighbours or through the Agrinnovate platform. Through the training, participants can be in charge of ensuring their children and loved ones enjoy 100% nutrient dense organic fresh foods (direct from Garden farm to table) so everyone can enjoy a lifetime of optimal nutrition and good health.
