For instance, I can decide to have a channel mainly for writers, teaching about online business Or for teaching about relationships

When you have decided the purpose, craft your YouTube name and start creating contents.

Ensure that you title your contents well

I've seen some YouTubers lie on their thumbnail and headline to get traffic.

It's not necessary.
You don't have to lie to get traffic.

When people know you always deceive them, they will mark your brand and it's not a good reputation.

So you can avoid this by crafting interesting headlines.

How can you earn?

You need a minimum of 1k subscribers and 4000 watch hours to qualify to start receiving payments.

When you are qualified, you can enable ads on your videos under the setting, fill out the form and activate your Adsense account.

After updating the information and processing, YouTube will start paying you for placing ads on your videos and payment is done monthly.

The more subscribers you have, the more people will view the ads, the more you will earn.

Now, aside from that, there are other ways you can earn.

You can advertise your products, services and even courses inside your video and your followers/viewers can buy or register.
